The Path to Liberation is a raw, ceremonial 9D Breathwork odyssey born from Mick Phipps’ personal story of healing and recovery. This 67-minute immersion operates on the understanding that addiction is not a character flaw, but a survival response to deep emotional wounds and unmet needs. Set within the heart of a symbolic "Sacred Forest," the journey functions as a spiritual rite of passage back to your most authentic self.

Through an intricate fusion of immersive forest soundscapes, spirit animal visualizations, and a visceral fire release ceremony, you will navigate the subconscious terrain where guilt and fear reside. As you move through progressively intensifying breathwork rounds, you will stir up the stagnant energy of old conditioning. The experience reaches its peak with a calculated Primal Scream—a vocal discharge of the "weight" of addiction—before transitioning into a triple-phase anchoring protocol. You will conclude the journey by physically "drinking in" new frequencies of courage and freedom, emerging not just as a survivor, but as a sovereign being who knows that healing is not just possible, but inevitable.

 

Suggestions: Headphones (best) earbuds also work, blanket(s), a flatter pillow for under your head, yoga mat if you're on the floor, eye mask, pillow or bolster for under your knees, lip chap, water, journal & pen, anything that helps you feel comfortable & supported in your space. 
Note these are optional, however will enhance your experience.
To ensure that you get the most out of your experience, here are a few tips below on how to prepare:
  1. Come in clean: For the deepest possible experience, avoid alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session.
  2. Eat light: On the day of your session, eat light. Avoid eating 1 hour prior to the journey if possible. (so your body isn't focused on digesting the food)
  3. Wear comfortable clothing: Dress in comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely and breathe deeply.
  4. Hydrate well: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help support the release of physical and emotional toxins.
  5. Be in the moment: Try to arrive at your session with an open mind and a willingness to be fully present in the experience.
  6. Trust the process: Remember that breathwork is a safe and transformative practice, and trust that the experience will unfold exactly as it should. Release all of your expectations - simply breathe & feel!
