Shift Your Mindset is a transformative 9D Breathwork session designed to help you release limiting beliefs and step into an empowered perspective. This 22-minute journey combines focused breathwork, immersive 9D soundscapes, and uplifting affirmations to guide you in breaking free from the mental patterns that have been holding you back.Limiting beliefs aren’t just thoughts—they’re chains, built from early experiences and reinforced by societal expectations and past failures. This session invites you to confront those barriers head-on, shatter the stories that keep you playing small, and rewire your thoughts for growth, clarity, and success.Through each breath, you’ll clear mental clutter, open space for new possibilities, and align with a mindset that embraces challenges, opportunities, and transformation. This is more than a breathwork session—it’s your gateway to the life you deserve.
Suggestions: Headphones (best) earbuds also work, blanket(s), a flatter pillow for under your head, yoga mat if you're on the floor, eye mask, pillow or bolster for under your knees, lip chap, water, journal & pen, anything that helps you feel comfortable & supported in your space.
Note these are optional, however will enhance your experience.
To ensure that you get the most out of your experience, here are a few tips below on how to prepare:

Come in clean: For the deepest possible experience, avoid alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session.

Eat light: On the day of your session, eat light. Avoid eating 1 hour prior to the journey if possible. (so your body isn't focused on digesting the food)

Wear comfortable clothing: Dress in comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely and breathe deeply.

Hydrate well: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help support the release of physical and emotional toxins.

Be in the moment: Try to arrive at your session with an open mind and a willingness to be fully present in the experience.

Trust the process: Remember that breathwork is a safe and transformative practice, and trust that the experience will unfold exactly as it should. Release all of your expectations - simply breathe & feel!
