Layers Within is a soul-deep 8-week 1:1 journey that weaves together therapeutic art, breathwork, and life coaching into something that goes far beyond mindset work.

Because healing that only lives in the mind... doesn't last.

We move through 8 layers:

Identity, Values, Dreamscape, Goals, Patterns, Frequency, Habits, Divine Duality - until you reach full Embodied Integration. Each session begins with a check-in, moves through intentional creative excersizes , complete with deep discussion and integration work from week to week. Your inner child gets to play. Your higher self gets to lead.
