Paint + Breathe with JMS!
Connect to creativity with a JMS workshop. From manipulating Alcohol Inks to painting with Watercolours or Mixed mediums on canvas - spend an afternoon or evening creating your own artworks with Justine as your guide.
These workshops are a perfect opportunity to gather with friends, family, colleagues or even perfect strangers to get creative and self express!
Justine is now a 9d Breathwork Facilitator. Each journey is a unique immersive soundscape experience with over 30 themes to explore.
These journeys can go deep or be light and uplifting depending on your goals. Whether you want to release suppressed emotion in a 1:1 in the comfort of your own home or gather with friends or immerse your team into a powerful mindset shift we can personalize the experience for the desired outcome.
Public + private groups as well as 1:1 sessions are available. Contact Justine for having her at your next Bachlorette, Birthday, Splurge, Retreat, Team or Community Building event!

Justine has created limited edition art kits to inspire you to paint your own watercolour or alcohol ink art from the comfort of your own home!
This is an introduction to watercolours and her kit will walk you through how to paint with watercolour.

We offer them for splurge groups, birthdays, corporate team building or just because. They also make great ladies nights. Round up your crew, sip some wine and paint with JMS. If you'd like, we can host your private event for you too!
Q. What is the minimum or maximum of people required? A. Min: 6. Max: 20.
Q. Can I purchase a workshop as a gift certificate to gift? A. Yes. You can purchase them from Hunters in Regina or contact us for more information.
Q. Do you offer workshops for kids? A. Yes indeed. Ages start at 5+ and they make great birthday parties.
Q. Do you travel? A. As long as Justine is available and the cost of travel + accommodation (if an overnight stay is required) is covered for her to come to you then we'd be happy to make those arrangements. |
