Breathwork Journeys

Justine is a 9d Breathwork Facilitator. Each journey is a unique multi-layered soundscape experience with over 40 themes to explore. 

These journeys can release deep suppressed emotions or be light and uplifting depending on your goals. Justine facilitates both in person as well as virtual journeys that can be done out of the comfort of your own home.

Private groups as well as 1:1 sessions are available. Gather with friends or immerse your team into a powerful mindset shift. Q. Can I book my own private 1:1 journey? 

A. Absolutely! The benefit of booking your own 1:1 journey in person or virtual, you can choose which journey/ theme you're drawn to and will benefit from. Justine's happy to help narrow it down or provide more info on any from the list so you can get the absolutely most out of your experience!  

Q. Can I book my own private group journey? 

A. Yes! JMS journeys make a great impactful experience. Consider it for your next splurge group, corporate team building, retreat etc. Round up your crew. If you'd like, we can host your private event or come directly to you! Reach out for corporate pricing!

Q. What is the minimum or maximum of people required? 

A. Min: 5. Max 24.

Q. Can I purchase a journey as a gift certificate to gift? 

A. Yes indeed. You can purchase as a drop in for a group or a private session. 

Single sessions + packages available. 

Q. Do you offer workshops for kids? 

A. Yes. We offer a whole library of kids journey's. Ages 10+ is best for their attention span.

Q. Do you travel? 

A. As long as Justine is available and the cost of travel + accommodation (if an overnight stay is required) is covered for her to come to you then we'd be happy to make those arrangements.
