This session retains the most transformative elements of the original journey, blending a symphony of melodic vocals, chants, and tones with intentional breathwork to guide you into the depths of your essence. Designed for first-timers or when time is limited, this experience offers a sanctuary for self-connection, introspection, and release. Despite its shorter duration, the session delivers a complete arc: the build-up, the cathartic scream at the climax, and a soothing integration phase, all working together to ease tension, awaken self-compassion, and reestablish harmony.
