You can meditate while sitting, AND you can meditate while moving! Dance is a quick and powerful way to move stagnant energy, awaken our life force, restore a sense of joy and wonder, and remember who we truly are. There are also studies showing dance is the most effective treatment for depression! No previous dance abilities or experience necessary, there are no steps to follow, the whole practice can be done with your eyes closed! A truly joyful community ritual that has been taking place since the beginning of time. It’s time to get the world dancing again! Unravel your day or unravel lifetimes, the dance floor can be a place of mystical wonder. Come with intention, release expectation, and let the magic unfold.
